新棟は、古くは「小谷市場」、最近では「十三番街区」と呼ばれ、新しい地域の象徴とも呼べる場所に在ります。

さて、新棟は３棟、全て１棟貸切、大正時代の町屋です。
A・B棟は169〜170㎡と、各棟が表参道棟の２棟分に近い広さとなっており、最大8名様でご利用いただけます。
C棟は60㎡程の広さで、2名様でゆったりお寛ぎいただける作りとなっております。

・現代アーティストの作品が飾られる「プライベートアートギャラリー」
・滞在中いつでもお楽しみいただける「プライベートサウナ」
が付いております。
特にサウナに関しましては、表参道棟で、
